Many prime sites around the country have already been developed, so those that are left often require some improvement to support the planned buildings and other structures.  Fortunately for site owners, construction technology has improved enough that the use and cost of driven piles, or over-excavation and re-compaction of new fill, just isn’t as necessary to stabilize a site.

GeoStructures offers a vareity of engineered solutions that reinforce soils with even the most uneven geology.  We are the only contractor in the Mid-Atlantic with the ability to install authentic Rammed Aggregate Pier systems, which have become the industry standard.  Both drilled and displacement RAP systems provide the strength necessary to avoid the differential settlement that can lead to costly repairs.  And with our design-build approach we have enough flexibility to install these, micropiles, and other solutions that overcome utility lines or other obstructions.  All projects have their nuances and challenges, and that's why our design-build solutions beat off-the-shelf products every time.
